- Unpaid rent : no limit (maximum 3.100 € a
month)
- Damaged property : 6 times the monthly rent (maximum 8.000
€)
- Unlimited expenses if required for soliciter fees,
- Rent paid if premature departure by tenant until recuperation
of lodgings : 2%.
Tarif for guarantees

- 1.67 % hors tax of the rent tax included : 2 % .
